Ticket Pricing & Sessions
- Ticket prices may vary by location. All tickets are for a 1-hour session and include the use of lifejackets. Prices apply to all ages.
Booking, Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your session. No refunds are given for cancellations after this time.
- A change in personal circumstances does not entitle you to a refund or ticket exchange.
- If we postpone your booking due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email to reschedule.
- If we cannot reschedule your session within 7 days, a refund will be issued.
- If we can reschedule within 7 days, no refund will be provided.
